Terms of Sale

The Terms of Sale are part Dweet Clean Detail's Terms of Use and are additional terms by which all Users or guests abide when using the Service. When you book online or via phone with Dweet Clean Detail, you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are bound under the terms and conditions herein.

Packages

Dweet Clean Detail offers a variety of cleaning service options for automobiles and properties. Prices and contents are subject to change at Dweet Clean Detail's discretion at any given time; all such changes will be reflected on www.dweetcleandetail.com.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Bookings are charged upon completion of the service requested. Dweet Clean Detail accepts cash, debit and, Credit Card. If the payment declines, customers will be promt to either re-enter information or try other payment options. Dweet Clean Detail will start a collection process of 48 hours after getting the customer’s Credit Card refused.


Booking Terms & Conditions

Automobiles: Customers should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of detailing. Dweet Clean Detail will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside of the vehicle or to the location of service. Assure that your vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe area and if you feel otherwise please communicate your concerns with your car detailing specialist. All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes. Any damage claims as a result of cleaning will be limited to the cost of the service. We reserve the right to take a debit or credit card details to secure the booking. We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and /or machinery or equipment failure. Dweet Clean Detail reserves the right to charge an hourly rate of $45 (or proportion there of) for any work that is not within the boundaries of the booking at the discretion of Dweet Clean Detail. A minimum 15% surcharge will be applied to all jobs that involve urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.

Home/ Office Cleaning: Please clear area (floors and counter tops) of all items you wish not to be dispose of unless directected otherwise. We are fully awear that most items with a building setting might not necessarily need to be disposed of but please seperate important items from non-important one or otherwise make them visible to our technitians before hand so no mishaps will take place. Put items that you can in a box or bags. Pictures will also be taken to ensure that whatever is there prior services being started will remain post service being done. 


Immages and Video Capturing:

Dweet Clean Detail reserves the right to take photos and/or videos for insurance purposes; in the event that the customer's vihicle or property was damged or missing items. This is a means to protect our company and employees- and at the same being able to better demontrate to the the customer what was there prior starting services. The immages or videos will be taken upon arival or when the job begins. 
Photos and videos are also taken for social media purpose. We post content on our social platforms frequently so we seak materials of immagery to keep our viewer educated and up to date on our products and services. Customers reserve the right to deny having their vehicle or property posted on social media if they so desire- We will make sure to check with the customer to ensure that it is okay to go ahead and post content with their vehicle or property attached.


Late Cancelation & Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel any appointment up to 48 hours before the due date. However, inside of the 48 hour period, a $25 fee is charged to compensate our technician. This rule applies for any retail priced car detail.


Satisfaction Policy

If there is probable and clear cause that the service technician did not fulfill the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will at our cost redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service free of charge. Any claims must be filed within 24 hours of the completion of the service by phone at (848) 535-3255, or email: dweetcleandetail@gmail.com. Pictures of the area must be texted or emailed within 24 hours of the claim being made.


Appointment Time

Due to traffic or unexceptional circumstances, our technician might arrive late. Please allow a 30-90 minute arrival window for jobs booked online or by phone. Dweet Clean Detail shall do its best to let you know about any delay of delivery. 

Completion time:
Services typically take anywhere between 45 minuits to 4 hours to complete but may take longer depending on the type of service being done, condition of the work space and but not limited to natural or unforeseen cercumstances. Please review package details for further information on prices and completion time.


Coupon & Discounts

Coupons are a part of our platform and are offered through various means. Discounts from coupons may be applied using a dicount code or may be applied automatically depending on the promotion type. Customers will recieve coupon offers through email, text or over the phone. Other coupon and promotion types are offered and will be made notible on the website and customers through whichever means of contact they opt to get notified on.
